Production & Delivery Timeline
Yacht collection arrangements require 2-4 days production time. Blooms by Design arrangements require 3-7 day productions. For orders of 15 bouquets or more please allow an additional 7 days production time.
Shipping to Europe: 2-4 days
Shipping to USA: 5-10 days
Please note these shipping timeframes account for usual customs processing. However, in exceptional circumstances the customs process may take longer.
International Delivery
Through this website you can order for delivery to all of Europe and the USA with shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Standard Arrangements
We accept returns on standard arrangements within 14 days of delivery, provided:
• Arrangements remain in their original insert (cutting the ties and removal from the insert voids return eligibility)
• Items are in original condition
• Return shipping costs are covered by purchaser
Custom Arrangements
Due to their bespoke nature, custom arrangements cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
DAMAGED ITEMS
While rare, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. To protect both parties and ensure valid insurance claims follow the guidelines here.

How long do preserved flowers last?
With proper care, our preserved arrangements maintain their beauty for 5-12 months, making them perfect for extended voyages and charter seasons.
Can I use my existing yacht vases?
Absolutely! Our custom insert service allows you to utilize your onboard vases. Browse our insert options for standard vases. For any unusual shape vases you can utilise our fully bespoke service through one of our sales agents. Please note there is a minimum spend of £5K for this service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Orders being shipped to Europe or the USA can be ordered directly through the website with shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. For orders to other destinations please contact us with your order information and we can provide a shipping quote for you.
